Eziplan has released 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) for user security. Once 2FA is activated for the Provider profile, a user will be prompted to choose an option to have a code sent to their mobile, via SMS, or to their email address after successfully entering their User Name and Password when they attempt to log in (see the screen shots below). The SMS option will only show up if a valid mobile number has been entered.

 

Once an option has been chosen the code will be sent to the user and the following screen will appear.

 

The user should then enter the 6-digit code and click DONE which will allow them into Eziplan. The user can only use the code sent to them for up to 10 minutes from when it was sent.
