Important to note that only Company Admin users with Unlock Permissions enabled can do this

From the Eziplan Menu, click Participant's List under Participants Tab

 

Choose the client you want to update/edit the details and click Edit Settings

 

Ang click 'Unlock Client'

You may now update Client's details

and then click 'Update Client Settings' at the bottom

Don't forget to click 'Lock Client' at the top again once details are updated.
