Edit Client's Name and DOB

Important to note that only Company Admin users with Unlock Permissions enabled can do this

From the Eziplan Menu, click Client's List under Clients Tab

Choose the client you want to update/edit the details and click Edit Settings

And click Unlock Client

You may now update Client's details

and then click Update Client Settings at the bottom

Don't forget to click Lock Client at the top again once details are updated.
