How to ensure emails from Eziplan arrive in your Inbox

Last updated on 04 Sept, 2024

You will need to log in to your email client's website using your web browser (not an app). From here, you will need to access and check your Settings for junk email.

Outlook

Type in https://outlook.live.com/owa/ your web browser and login with your email and password. Once logged in, look for the 'Settings' icon - a cog/gear symbol (see below):

Once you have clicked on 'Settings', go to the bottom and click 'View all Outlook settings' so that we can review and change Junk email settings.

Under the 'Mail' Settings, you can review what emails will go to your 'Junk Email' (also known as 'Spam') folder. You should add the following emails to your 'Safe senders and domains' so that emails from us will not be sent to your Junk Email folder:

  • eziplan.com.au

  • ezihealth.com.au

  • app.eziplan.com.au

GMail

Type in http://www.gmail.com your web browser and login with your email and password. Once logged in, look for the 'Settings' icon - a cog/gear symbol (see below):

Go to 'Quick settings' and click 'See all settings':

You will need to go to 'Filters and blocked addresses':

Now you will click on 'Create a new filter':

Now you will add the domain of the email you want to whitelist in the 'From' field:

  • eziplan.com.au

  • ezihub.com.au

  • app.eziplan.com.au

You will need to 'Create filter' for each of the domain names listed above. When you click this button, you will be prompted with what you want to happen when a message arrives from that domain name. Choose 'Never sent it to Spam':
