If you are unable to access your Eziplan system because of a server failure, a backup is available at www.backup.eziplan.com.au. This backup will look like your normal system but the data is read only so you will not be able to interact with the system to edit profiles, create invoices or change rosters. This will have to wait until the main servers are back online.

The backup system has a full data synchronisation every week and rosters are updated every 5 minutes so you have the latest data we can provide.
