Sometimes your clients' will need to move from one HCP package level to another. When this happens there is a helpful assisted process to follow in Eziplan.

To find the Packages your client has been attached to, choose the Package Schedules Tab from within the Client Profile (see the article Finding a Client Profile if you need assistance).

Start by selecting the HCP Level Move button next to the current package link. This opens up the assisted process. Select the new level and the date the new package starts and change the Case Manager if required then hit "Proceed".

This will take you to the preview page showing you the effected repeats and appointments.

Make sure these are all correct and then press "PROCEED". This will carry out the changes and give you the option to go directly to the Client's Budget to make the appropriate changes.
