If your company's workflow allows it, you may have the choice to reject appointments that have been assigned to you.

Rejecting New Appointments

If you do not want to accept an appointment, tap on the arrow next to the client’s name, tap on Reject, and tap Process. A reason is optional in the system, however your company may require a reason.

The Process button will be replaced with a Rejected message and time.

Rejecting Appointments that were previously Accepted

If you have accepted an appointment in the past, but can no longer attend, scroll to upcoming appointments on the Home page and tap the arrow next to the client’s name. You will see a message advising you have previously accepted this appointment. The Reject option is auto-filled. Tap on Reject to complete the process. In some instances, a reason is optional.

The Reject button will be replaced with a Rejected message and a time.
