Where a Care Worker has rejected an appointment assigned to them (in the published roster), the appointment will require an alternative Care Worker to be assigned. These will show on the Rejected Appts tab for re-assignment. The rejected appointment shows in red on the Weekly Planner. Hovering over the appointment allows the appointment to be edited or nearby Care Workers to be assigned. Look for Care Workers without a pink Allocation of hours (as they have overlapping appointments) or else some further juggling is required.

The mobile number and email associated with the Business profile will receive notifications about rejected appointments and any Administration Users that have "Get Roster Notifications" marked as "Yes" will also receive email notifications (see the article "Creating Administration Users" for details on how to do this).

It is recommended to save the schedule updates regularly as you are editing.

Remember, saving is not publishing.
