To find the Care Workers list see the article "Finding a User Profile".
To see the report on what shifts your staff have Rejected, open the User Profile by clicking on the link that is the User's name. If you are not on the Care Worker Summary Page page, hit the "Care Worker Summary" button.
Once you have opened the Care Worker Summary page of the User Profile, choose the Rejections tab.
You will now see a list of all the appointments that the User has rejected.
