Only users who have Company Admin access can carry out this task and creating SIL Houses is done on the backend of the system administrator.

 

Once SIL Houses are added, you may now attach your clients to a house.

From the Eziplan Menu: Clients > Clients List

Choose a client and click Edit Settings in the Client’s Profile

Once in there, select the SIL house from the dropdown menu to assign the client to.

And then click, Update Client Settings.

 

For staff to have access to clients attached to that house, go to Care Worker’s List from the Eziplan Menu and select Care Worker. Click View/Edit Details from the Staff’s profile

Scroll down to the bottom and tick the preferred SIL House. Click Update user once done.

 

Permissions

Now that the SIL House is already set up, company admin may now start allocating appointments to Care Workers who are attached to that client group and they will only have access to client information from that SIL house. If 'Access to Client Groups' is not selected from the staff's profile, they will not be able to view any client information apart from those for whom they have an appointment.
