Eziplan now has a bulk update tool for single appointments. Users with UNLOCK permissions can update multiple appointments at once.
How to use it:
Go to the Appointments Page and click the Bulk Update button.
In the Criteria section, select:
Date From (required): The start date for appointments you want to update.
Date To (optional): Filter a specific date range if needed.
Package From (required): The current appointment package type.
Package To (required): The new package type you want to move appointments to.
Eziplan will show your selections and the number of affected appointments. A link is provided to double-check which appointments will be updated.
⚠️ Warning: Changes cannot always be undone. Make sure you review carefully before confirming.
Once confirmed, Eziplan will apply the changes and show a confirmation of the results.
