Utilising Accommodation Groups

If Clients reside in a facility, you can group them based on their accommodation

You may have Eziplan set up for you to manage access permissions for staff to client profiles by their accomodation. If so, you can group Clients to their Accommodation so that staff know who resides there and can also gain access to Client Information and Notes outside of the normal appointments.

In the specific Client's profile, click on 'Accommodation' and choose the right option for that Client:

Once you have done this, you will need to ensure that all the staff attending to that Client and/or that facility has access to that Accommodation Group. This is done by accessing the User's Profile and checking off the appropriate Accommodation Group they will be providing care for:
