Viewing Client Information

How to view information about the clients that you will visit in the Eziplan Mobile Web App

Depending on your company's configuration, you may have access to information about the clients that you are rostered to provide services for.


Finding Client Info

There are three ways to find Client Info.

Option 1

The first option is the Client Info menu option. Tap on Client Info.

Option 2

The second option is from the Upcoming Appointments client drop down. Tap on the arrow next to the client’s name and then tap on View Client Info.

Option 3

The third option is from the Daily Timesheets page. Go to the Daily Timesheets page, tap on the arrow in any appointment and then tap View Client Info.

All three options will open the Client Search page where you will see a list of clients that you have rostered appointments with.

Viewing Client Info

Tap on a name to view the information about that particular client.

This will open a new page with all relevant client information, like name, address, phone numbers, general notes and care to be provided. If your organisation has enabled access to specific plans e.g. Support or Emergency Plans, you will see buttons beside these for you to click on and access.

Keep scrolling down the screen and you will see a section for you to enter notes.

After this you will find any documents that you have been given access to.

Click on the blue hyperlink name of the document to open the document, from here you have the option to download the PDF.
