To find the repeat appointment you wish to cancel, you will need to search for the Repeat.

From the Eziplan Menu:

There are several filters available. A commonly used filter is the client name.


Select the required appointment for that client.


The Repeat Appointment Details screen is displayed. Check the date, day of week and frequency of the repeat to cancel. Future appointments not yet published will be cancelled. Appointments already scheduled and published will remain in place. To cancel these appointments as well, refer to the 'Cancel Appointment' procedure (taking note of it is a chargeable or non-chargeable cancellation).


Select Cancel Repeat. The page will refresh with a Confirm button; select this.


A confirmation message will appear.
