Delivery of care occurs via appointments within Eziplan. Client needs are described in an appointment and matched to Care Worker skills, availability and travel distance. Appointments can be added as either one-off (ad hoc) for a specified date and time or repeating appointments that occur with a regular frequency on a set day and time. The frequency can be weekly, fortnightly, every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks and can be any day of the week.
