Eziplan can provide you with an electronic Incident Reporting System linked into your Care Management. (If you do not have access to Incident Reporting, please contact your Ezihealth Support Team through the Help Desk)
Incidents can be created both in the Eziplan Admin Portal by going to the 'Incidents/Hazards' option under the Client/Participant tab in the Left Hand Minimisable Sidebar
And then choosing the Add New Incident button.
or via the Mobile App by opening the Incidents tab on the Home Page.
