This report will provide a concise overview of the amount of work done by Care Workers within a given timeframe, as well as the frequency of their shifts.
From the Eziplan Menu:
Reports - Grouped Summaries
and click On Duty.
In the On Duty Summary page, an option will be provided to input the name of the client, staff or the date range. Once entered, the system will show you the total number of appointments found, total number of Days on Duty and the Average days (of duty) per week on that specified timeframe.
