A Summary report on No Notes provides an overview of the data collected by the Care Workers which helps better understand the current state of the client (how long has it been since the last significant change), determine discrepancies and identify steps necessary in future planning.
From the Eziplan Menu:
Reports - Grouped Summaries
Once in there, Click 'No Notes'
Once in there, you will initially see the list of all the clients and rest of the information (date of last note, days since last note). At the bottom is the total number of clients with no notes and no recent activity.
A filtering option is also available if you are looking for a specific client on a specific date and on a specific package.
