How to process departed or deceased SaH clients?

When a SaH participant exits services or is deceased, you must record this information in Eziplan.

 

What’s Different from HCP?

Previously under HCP, you need to do the following when this happens:

  • mark client's departure/decease status

  • update package schedule END date

  • wait until Home care account balances reset to $0, then update Reconcile date of package schedule

 

What to do with SaH clients?

Under SaH module, you just need complete first two steps in the system. There's no need to reconcile the package schedule.

So when you are made aware of SAH clients passing or departure, 

  1. Mark the client's status

  2. End package schedule
