Appointments V2 - Repeat Appointment - Bulk update

Eziplan has introduced its first bulk update tool for company use. This tool lets users with UNLOCK permissions update multiple repeat appointments at once.

  1. Go to the Repeat Appointments Page and click the Bulk Update button.

  1. In the Criteria section, select:

    • Repeat End From (required): Choose the end date for the appointments you want to update. For Support at Home, we suggest 1/Nov/2025 (this includes appointments without a repeat date).

    • Repeat End To (optional): Use this to filter a specific date range. For Support at Home, leave it blank.

    • Package From (required): Select the current appointment package type.

    • Package To (required): Select the new package type you want to move appointments to.

  1. Eziplan will show your selections and the number of appointments affected. You’ll also get a link to double-check which appointments will be updated.

⚠️ Warning: Changes cannot always be undone. Make sure you review carefully before confirming.

  1. Once confirmed, Eziplan will complete the updates and show a confirmation of the results.
