Sending your Invoice in QuickBooks

How to send an invoice via email from QuickBooks

From your invoice page you can look for the invoices that need to be sent out (probably ones you have just imported).

Select your chosen invoice/s by marking the check box next to them and select the Batch actions option and choose Send invoices.

This will give you the option to add an email address if they are missing from the Account Profile. Then select the Send button and the chosen invoices will be emailed to the appropriate parties.
