Eziplan can be used to manage your business's DEX reporting for CHSP. The first step is to contact your Account Manager or discuss it with your Implementation Specialist as there is work required to be done by the developers to create your Business's individual reports. The development team will need your Organisation data. This can be found by following the instructions in the article Retrieving DEX Organisation Activity data.

After this initial process you need to:

  • Fill in the DEX settings in the Client Profile
  • Add the DEX codes to your matching Service Types

Fill in the DEX data in the Client Profile

If you need more information on accessing the Client Profile see the article Finding a Client Profile. Once in the required Client Profile select the "Client Details" tab and then the secondary "DEX/HACC Settings" tab.

Fill out the required details as per your DEX reporting information.

With new Clients that you have not reported on before you can leave the DEX ID as created by Eziplan. If you have previously reported on the Client you may wish to find the ID that has already been created and put it in here to save potential duplication.

Add DEX Codes to Service Types

Open the Service Types you are funded for and select the DEX code to attach from the drop down list that matches your funding plan. For more information on doing this see the article Managing Service Types.
