The ability for your organisation to enforce a daily check questionnaire is now a configurable option in Eziplan. Care workers must complete the questionnaire before commencing a shift.
Details of this functionality are:
Questionnaire for mobile users at the top of each days time sheets that they need to fill in before they can start any services.
You can indicate which response will trigger a notification email to admin and a warning to mobile staff to contact admin before proceeding with work
NB. This does not stop care workers from completing time sheets
The following sample questionnaire has been defined according to the criteria for Covid-19 as defined by DHHS.
If the Care Worker answers "No" to all questions they will see the green notification to proceed and may do so by hitting the Back to Daily Timesheet button.

If a Care Worker responds with a trigger answer to any of the questions, then the completion of the questionnaire will issue a warning for review. The Care Worker will be presented with an alert to contact the office prior to commencing their work day. An alert email will be sent to the company administration email address detailing the questionnaire results. The organisation will need to have the appropriate guidelines in place and advise Care Workers how to proceed.
NB. This does not stop care workers from completing time sheets via the 'Daily Timesheet' option on their home screen.
