MAC number

No major changes are expected within the client details section for Support at Home. But in preparation for Support at Home, we recommend adding each Client's MAC (My Aged Care) number to their profile.

What we do know is that MAC numbers will be stored against a client within Services Australia. This will then allow Eziplan to pull the claiming number even if it does change from the HCP number currently stored.

To add the clients MAC number, navigate to the clients' details page and click edit. The Ref#/URM/MAC entry field is partway down the page:

This information does not need to be captured at the package level, but you can still capture this in client's profile for your reporting purpose
