One type of alert you may see on the Home page is the Pending Completion alert. It will appear in a red box with the symbol next to it.
Tap the Click Here button to access the appointments that require completion. These are appointments that may have been accepted but not yet completed. See ‘Processing an appointment’ steps to complete.
