From the Eziplan Menu, go to Care Worker and then click Leave.

Once you access the Leave Requests page, you will see a list of future requests which are either approved or pending. The 'Search Options' tab can be used to quickly search for a care worker, start and end dates or date requested.

Click on that specific leave and at the bottom page, you will see 'Record Entries' where a trail of all the changes made to that leave can be seen including the User who approved the leave and when it was approved.
