Eziplan Configuration options

A list of the many ways that Eziplan can be configured to meet your business needs

Below is a list of the options that can be configured in Eziplan and how you might be able to use them. Please contact your Ezihealth Support Team to discuss these options and have them set up.

Restrict the ability of staff to modify qualifications as well as package, service and task types.

Administration staff can have their access restricted so that they are unable to modify these settings in client/user profiles

Restrict access of admins to user profiles

Eziplan can be set up to allow staff with company administration rights to review and make changes in client profiles and rostering without access to staff user profiles.

Customise which fields will be shown in the client info sheet

Fields in the client info sheet can be turned on or 

Set the qualification expiry warning timeframe

The provider has the ability to choose the timeframe in which they get warnings about expiry of staff Qualifications.

Split availability with mobile staff access to change their own

Staff profiles can set up to 3 periods of availability in a day with this being able to be completed by admin staff and directly by the users themselves on their mobile devices.

Mandatory progress notes

Eziplan allows the provider to make it mandatory for users to complete progress notes for clients before they can complete an appointment.

Custom modification of cancellation reasons

Providers can have their own cancellation reasons set up to meet the needs of the individual business's reporting requirements.

Block bidding in planner

Eziplan functionality allows appointments to be sent out to mobile staff to bid on. Access to this feature can be turned on or off.

Show link to repeat in the edit appointment from planner

The provider can allow staff to access the repeat version of an individual appointment from directly in the Weekly Planner

Set distance for a long trip warning

Providers can set the distance that is appropriate for their business to receive a warning that staff travel to appointments will constitute a long trip.

Show meal break warning

Providers can choose whether or not meal break warnings will be shown.

Block availability changes by time frame or altogether

It is possible to set up the time frame in which staff are able to make changes to their availability related to the rostering schedule or block the feature altogether.

Modify reject timeframe

Providers can set the timeframe in which staff are able to reject an appointment they have been rostered for.

Group sessions

Group session functionality allows scheduling of multiple clients and/or staff to the same appointment.

Team allocation users enabled 

Staff users can be assigned to teams and associated to team managers.

Team manager selection enabled

A staff user can be allocated as a Team Manager and assigned to a team to associate them to the staff on the team.

Custom agreements 

Custom agreements can be created as a custom form and assigned to the Agreements tab.

Custom support plans 

Custom Support plans can be created as a custom form and assigned to the Support Plan tab.

NDIS progress tracking 

Progress tracking of plans allows administration users to see a Percentage completion of funds compared to time through the plan.

Meal breaks on timesheets

Meal breaks that are shown in the Weekly Planner will show in the Care Worker time sheets on the mobile app

Show client phone on timesheets

Providers are able to set a business rule to allow staff to see the Client Mobile in the time sheet.

Note Priority

Allow care workers to mark notes that require a priority notification to administration

Note Alerts

Can set to allow admins to notify case manager when an admin note is created

Region Restrictions

To help with streamlining your rostering processes and management when working across a number of geographical areas, providers may wish to utilise the Geographic Regions functionality of eziplan allowing for each rostering staff member to manage and maintain appointments in specific areas as well as minimising the travel needed by your staff for client coverage.
