How to send your clients and/or their families a weekly schedule of services that they will receive

Your clients can have their weekly schedule of services sent to them/their families from the system. This can be done electronically via SMS/email or a hard copy can be printed and given to the client/family. N.B. If you are looking to send electronically, there needs to be either a mobile number or an email address saved in the client's profile.

In the left hand menu panel, click on 'Appointments and then Send Client Schedules

This will take you to the Client Schedules page. Fill out the details required in the search options to filter the schedule you are after (name and dates are most important).

When you hit the 'SEARCH' button the client's schedule for the period of time selected will be brought up below the search fields. Make sure the appropriate contact details (email or mobile) are correct in the options available and then choose your method of delivery (email, SMS or pdf to print off and send) and click on the matching button.
