How to Load, Save and Publish Group Appointments

A quick guide on how to Load, Save and Publish Group Appointments in the Weekly Planner

Loading, saving, and publishing Group Appointments in the Weekly Planner follows the same process as managing regular appointments. The key difference is that if the current week's roster has already been published and a Group Appointment is added for that week, it will automatically be sent out, notifying the staff involved in the group appointment.
