System User Access Levels

The default permissions for each access group:

Company Admin

  • Access to both aggregate & detailed reports, with ability to drill down to individual care staff & clients.

  • Ability to set up new care staff user accounts, with their availability, qualifications, contact details etc

  • Ability to set up new company clients, medical notes, repeat appointments and requirements

  • Set pay levels & availability for care staff

  • Monitor system activity based on clients / time frame / care staff

  • Easily identify outstanding issues on company dashboard

  • Define tasks, qualifications, equipment (consumables / medications) to be tracked

  • Schedule, allocate & publish appointments to available care staff

  • Approve / reject leave requests

  • Approve / reject client referrals

  • Generate payroll / invoicing data based on client appointments

Care Worker

  • Access their appointment schedule once published

  • Approve / reject individual appointments allocated to them

  • Identify outstanding issues such as appointments overdue for completion / approval

  • Submit appointment completion time and any relevant notes

  • Submit availability for client appointments

  • Request leave periods

 

 

Updating User Levels

Go to Care Worker > User Admin and select the user you wish to update.

Select Update Permissions - Note: User levels can be updated by any User who has had Unlock Permissions set by Eziplan

Additional Access/Restriction

 

Accounts Access

Users can have Accounts Access set to either Yes or No, If set to Yes this allows access to Export invoice / payroll data, adjust service /package type definitions and editing statements.

 

Case Manager

Users in the system may be termed Case Manager. This is a setting in User Details and if enabled, a Case Manager can be allocated to a Client. They also appear in the Case Manager drop down box when creating a new package schedule etc,  but they all have the User Level field set to "Company Admin"

User with UNLOCK permission

Unlock permission will give users ability to update client/user DOB and full name after it's locked, and update user level.

User with UNLOCK permission which can be found through Other/Config > System configuration page.

Since this gives access to multiple features within Eziplan, it can only set up by the Eziplan team upon request by manager of the company. Please submit a support ticket to grant UNLOCK permission to admin users.

 

Restricted System Configuration Options

Company Admin users can now be restricted to changing certain System Configuration items such as: Package Types, Service Types, Qualifications & Task Types. Only those with Unlock permissions will be able to edit the above configuration items. Please submit a support ticket to enable

 

Restricted Leave Approver Option

Company Admin users can now be restricted to approving leave requests entered in the system. Only listed users will be able to action leave requests. Please submit a support ticket to enable

 

User Record Locking Option

Company Admin users can now be restricted from viewing and editing user records. Only listed users will be able to view and edit user records. Those with restricted access will still be able to schedule and allocate appointments to care workers, view and edit client details. Please submit a support ticket to enable

 

Appointment/Weekly Planner Locking Option

Company Admin users can now be restricted from creating and editing appointments including adjusting appointments within the weekly planner. Those with restricted access can still view the appointment & weekly planner, care worker details and client details. Please submit a support ticket to enable.
