Group Appointments
Scheduling and managing group appointments involving multiple clients or staff in one session. Just like the regular appointments in Eziplan, Group Appointments can be added as either a once-off (ad hoc) for a specified date and time or repeating appointments that occur with a regular frequency on a set day and time. The frequency can be weekly, fortnightly, every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks and can be any day of the week.

Client Profiles
Client profiles hold all of the information needed to manage your service delivery. Easily set preferences, update client status changes and schedule repeat appointments to manage budgets and agreements.
User Profiles
User profiles hold all of the information for your staff. Different access levels allow the use of different features of the system, from the Mobile web app for your Care Workers to administrators of the system. Interaction with your clients and the services delivered by your staff can be analysed here.
Eziplan Mobile App
Eziplan Mobile is a web based app for Eziplan for use by Care Workers. It is available by entering app.eziplan.com.au into a web browser on a mobile phone or tablet
