Eziplan V2 Release Notes

Last updated on 20 Apr, 2026

April 20, 2026

✨ New Features

  • SAH Statement Language Translation — SAH statements are now automatically generated in a client's preferred language. When a client has a language preference recorded on their profile (e.g., Chinese, Vietnamese), Eziplan will translate the statement content accordingly before generating the PDF. This applies to both individual and bulk statement generation.

SAH - Viewing and Sending Statements
  • Company and Bank Details on Co-Contribution Invoices — Co-contribution invoice PDFs now display your organisation's company details (name, address) and bank payment information beneath the logo. This makes it easier for clients to identify the invoice issuer and make payment without needing to contact the office for account details.

SAH - Co-Contributions - Creating and Managing Invoices

🔧 Improvements

  • Supplier Invoice CSV Export – SII Reference Number — The supplier invoice CSV export now includes the Eziplan SII Reference Number (e.g., SII-12345) as an additional column. This unique reference can be used to reconcile exported data against Eziplan records in external accounting systems.

SAH - Supplier Invoices - Add
  • Bulk Upload – Duplicate Invoice Reference Protection — The supplier invoice bulk upload now checks for conflicts before processing. If any invoice reference in the upload file matches an existing invoice in Approved–Unpaid or Approved–Paid status, the entire upload is rejected with an error listing the conflicting references. Invoices in Pending status are not affected and can still be updated via bulk upload.

SAH - Supplier Invoices - Bulk Upload
  • Supplier Invoice Status – Claim and Reconciliation Protection — Supplier invoice statuses can no longer be changed when the invoice is linked to an active claim, reconciliation item, or statement. Transitions between approved-status variants (e.g., Approved–Unpaid to Approved–Paid) are still permitted, but moving an invoice out of the approved group when it is claim-linked is blocked. This prevents accidental data integrity issues downstream.

SAH - Supplier Invoices - Add

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Supplier Invoice CSV Export – Duplicate Rows — Resolved an issue where deleted line items on supplier invoices were being included in CSV exports, causing duplicate or extra rows in the exported file.

  • Supplier Invoice Search – Case-Sensitive Supplier Name — Fixed an issue where searching for a supplier by name required an exact case-sensitive match. The supplier name filter now performs a case-insensitive partial match, so typing a partial name (e.g., "lite") will correctly surface results regardless of capitalisation.

  • Co-Contributions – Category Dropdown Not Loading — Fixed an issue where the Category field on the Co-Contributions configuration screen was blank unless the user had also visited the Service Type Associations page in the same session. The category dropdown now loads correctly on direct navigation.

  • SAH Service Type Associations – Text Overflow — Fixed a display issue where long service type names in the Service Type Associations table were running off the screen instead of wrapping. Text in that column now wraps correctly.

  • Case Management Notes – Missing Service Type and Package — Fixed an issue where case management notes created directly from an appointment did not capture the associated service type or package on the Notes Search. Both fields are now correctly populated from the source appointment when a note is created this way.

  • Client Budget End Date – Not Recalculating on Manual Start Date Entry — Fixed an issue where manually typing a start date into the Client Budget form did not trigger the automatic end date calculation. The end date now recalculates correctly whenever the start date is changed, regardless of whether a date was already present.

  • Appointment Activity Log – Duplicate Service Type Name — Fixed an issue where the activity log was displaying the same (current) service type name for both the "from" and "to" values when a service type was changed on an appointment. The log now correctly captures the previous and updated service type names.

  • HACC-PYP (Victoria) Report – Multiple Export Defects — Resolved several issues with the HACC-PYP (Victoria) report export: the file was generating an incorrect number of columns (136 instead of 124), the transmission header contained a literal placeholder rather than the correct transmission number, and the reporting quarter and filename were derived from today's date rather than the selected report period. All four defects have been corrected.

  • Excluded Service Types – Character Limit Error — Fixed an error that prevented providers from adding more than approximately 44 excluded service types to their SAH configuration. The underlying field has been expanded to accommodate larger exclusion lists without error.

April 10, 2026

This release introduces intelligent invoice processing, enhanced statement reporting, improved Case Management scheduling visibility, and a series of targeted fixes across Support at Home statements and claims workflows.

✨ New Features

  • AI-Assisted Supplier Invoice Reading — When uploading a PDF to a supplier invoice, Eziplan will now automatically read the document and pre-populate key invoice fields including invoice date, invoice number, and line item details. This reduces manual data entry and speeds up the invoice creation process for providers managing high volumes of third-party invoices. This AI tool meets Eziplan's strict Data Privacy obligations. Data is kept within the Eziplan infrastructure with an internal only AI model.

SAH - AI-Assisted Supplier Invoice Reading
  • Case Management — View Existing Worker Appointments — When adding a Case Management entry, Eziplan now displays the selected worker's existing appointments for the chosen date as soon as a worker and date are set. This allows coordinators to confirm there are no overlapping sessions before finalising the entry, directly within the form.

  • Consolidated Statement Budget Summary Report — A new Statements tab is now available on the SAH Dashboard, providing a company-wide view of statement budget activity grouped by month. For each client and statement period, coordinators can review opening balances, amounts spent, closing balances, and co-contribution totals — grouped by funding type. The report includes expandable client rows, summary cards, and column filtering to support month-end reconciliation workflows.

SAH Dashboard: Statements Tab

🔧 Improvements

  • SAH Statement Budget Display — Zero-Spend Expired Budgets Hidden — Expired budgets where no amount was spent during the statement period will no longer appear in the budget summary section of client statements. This reduces noise and ensures only financially relevant budget lines are displayed.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Care Management Placement and Expiry Date on Statements — Corrected — Resolved an issue where Care Management was incorrectly appearing in the "Your Support at Home Budget Summary" section at the top of client statements. Care Management now correctly appears in the "Services Affecting Your Budgets" section only. An additional fix removes the incorrect expiry date that was previously showing against Care Management budget lines.

  • Statements for Clients with No Activity — Mid-Period Budgets Now Included — Resolved an issue where clients whose SAH budget started partway through a statement period were incorrectly excluded when using the "Include clients with no statement items" option. These clients will now be correctly picked up in statement runs.

  • NAPS ID Claim Generation — All Matching Clients Now Returned — Resolved an issue where generating a claim filtered by NAPS ID was silently returning only the first 30 matching clients rather than all clients associated with that NAPS ID. Claim generation by NAPS ID will now return the complete and accurate client set.

📋 Other Changes

ANZAC Day Public Holiday — NSW Substitute Day Added — The substitute ANZAC Day public holiday for 27 April 2026 has been added for NSW. Appointments on this date will be correctly recognised as falling on a public holiday for scheduling and claiming purposes.

March 30, 2026

✨ New Features

24-Hour Clock Format Companies can now configure a 24-hour clock format for all time-entry fields across Eziplan. This eliminates common AM/PM misselection errors — for example, a 9:00 AM appointment being accidentally saved as a 12-hour shift. The setting is configured per company in system settings and applies across appointments, rosters, and all other time-entry fields.

Supplier Invoice Status Override & Audit Log Users with Unlock or the new Override permission can now manually adjust supplier invoice statuses outside of the standard transition flow (e.g. moving an invoice from Approved – Paid back to Approved – Unpaid to correct a processing error). A full activity log now records all invoice changes — including status updates and line item edits (quantity, rate, service date, description) — with the responsible user and timestamp.

SAH - Supplier Invoices - Status Flow

🔧 Improvements

SAH Budget Selector — Friendly Names & Pre-filtering When linking a Government SAH Budget to a Eziplan client budget (on create and edit), the selector now displays budgets in a clear format — e.g. Ongoing Quarterly Budget 1 Nov 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 — instead of raw identifiers. The list is also pre-filtered to only show budgets matching the current budget's funding type and date range. The Total Amount field is automatically populated from the linked SAH Budget, reducing manual data entry.

Co-Contribution Invoice CSV — Additional Columns The Co-Contribution Invoice CSV export now includes two additional columns: Client ID and Accounting System Reference. These values are sourced from the client profile and simplify matching invoices against external accounting systems.

SAH - Co-Contribution Invoice Export to CSV

SAH Statement Layout — Continuous Flow & Page Footer SAH Statements now flow continuously without forced page breaks between sections. Tables follow one another with spacing (not hard breaks), making statements more compact. Every page now includes a footer: Client Full Name | Statement ID | Month/Year | Page Number. Individual rows will never be split across pages.

Associated Provider Services Identified on SAH Statements In line with the Associated Provider Regulatory Bulletin, SAH statements now clearly identify line items delivered by third-party (associated) providers. The provider name appears beneath the service description for any service delivered via a supplier invoice, allowing clients and compliance teams to distinguish direct versus externally-delivered services.

Branch Budget & Reconciliation Upload  When uploading budget or reconciliation files for a branch that operates under a single NAPS ID, Eziplan now automatically filters out rows for clients not found in that branch rather than failing the entire upload. Skipped rows are shown in a warning card with reasons, so users can review and address any unexpected mismatches without needing to manually edit the file before uploading.

SAH - Creating Statements

🐛 Bug Fixes

Co-Contribution Balance Calculations Fixed The co-contribution summary section on SAH statements was showing hardcoded $0.00 values for opening balance, paid amounts, and closing balance. These now calculate correctly: opening balance reflects all unreconciled co-contribution items prior to the statement period; paid this month reflects amounts settled during the period; and the closing balance derives accurately from both. Reconciliation adjustments with negative co-contribution amounts will also correctly reduce the next raised invoice.

Co-Contribution Invoices Now Send via Email Clicking Send via Email on a co-contribution invoice was silently routing the document to the download queue instead of sending an email. The AWS email template has been deployed and single and bulk email sending now works correctly for clients with a valid email address on their profile.

"Create Similar Appointment" Error Fixed for Claimed Appointments Using Create Similar Appointment on an appointment already included in a claim was returning an error. The system was incorrectly attempting to copy the internal claim reference across to the new appointment. This has been resolved — the field is now stripped before the new appointment is created.

Budget Tracker — Inflated Utilisation for Invoice-Type Items Fixed Budgets containing external provider / invoice-type items were displaying utilisation rates of thousands of percent (in some cases exceeding 10,000%). External provider items are now correctly excluded from appointment cost calculations in the budget tracker — their spend is tracked via the supplier invoice pathway. The allocation percentage guard and remaining balance calculation have also been hardened.

Supplier Invoice Search Fixed on Claim Screen Clicking on a supplier invoice from the claim generation screen was returning a database error. The invoice is now resolved correctly from the claim context, regardless of how the navigation occurs.

Duplicate Rows in Claims CSV Export Fixed The Claims CSV export (via the Generate CSV button on the claim screen) was producing duplicate rows for some claim items due to a query structure issue. Rows now appear exactly once.

March 23, 2026

✨ New Features

Co-Contributions — "Up To Date" Service Filter When generating co-contribution invoices, you can now optionally filter by a service date cutoff — only reconciled services up to and including your specified date will be included. Leave the field blank to use the existing default behaviour.

SAH - Co-Contributions - Creating and Managing Invoices

Eziplan SAH Budgets — Over-Allocation Indicator The Budgets list view now includes a new column indicating when a budget is over-allocated (i.e. total section items exceed the available budget). You can also filter the list by over-allocation status (Yes / No / All), giving coordinators a quick way to identify budgets that need attention.

Eziplan SAH Budget — Inline Price Plan Revision  A new inline row action on the Budgets list allows you to update the price plan revision directly without opening the budget. On click, the latest revision is applied and items are recalculated, with only the affected row refreshed — no full page reload required.

SAH - Budgets - Update Price Revision

🔧 Improvements

SAH Claim View — Expanded Search and Filter The search bar on the SAH Claim edit screen has been expanded to filter across most available columns, making it significantly easier to locate and resolve specific line items — including quickly finding all error items without manually paging through large claims.

SAH - Claims Table View/Validation

SAH Dashboard — Claim Item Ref ID Column A new column has been added to the Dashboard Claim Items view displaying the Claim Item Reference ID (SII/APT code). This is displayed as the second column for easy reference when reviewing or reconciling claim lines.

SAH - Claim Item Report

Statements — "Not Emailed" Status and Failure Tooltip When a client statement email fails to send — due to a missing or invalid email address — the statement status now correctly reflects "Not Emailed" rather than "Emailed". Hovering over the status shows a tooltip describing the failure reason, giving staff clear visibility over delivery issues.

SAH - Viewing and Sending Statements

🐛 Bug Fixes

Reconciliation — Incorrect Totals for Amendment/Adjustment Pairs Resolved an issue where Claimed, Co-Contribution, and Paid totals in the Reconciliation Summary were displaying double-counted for amendment and adjustment pairs. Totals are now correctly re-derived from paired groupings, consistent with how Government Contribution totals were already handled.

SAH - Understanding Amendments and Adjustments in Reconciliation

Claim Editing — Changes Reverting After Inline Edit Resolved two related issues when editing claim items inline (e.g. selecting a SaH Item to resolve a validation error): (1) the row was not visually updating after save — the error badge and old value remained; (2) clicking "Refresh Validation" was causing the saved change to revert. Both issues are now resolved. The fix also ensures that large claims (40,000+ items) are unaffected by performance overhead — only the single edited row is updated in the UI.

Statements — Care Management Budget Summary Missing Resolved an issue where the Care Management budget summary section was not appearing when generating or re-downloading client statements. The budget summary is now correctly included.

March 19, 2026

✨ New Features

  • SAH Claim Items Report — A new Claim Items tab is now available on the SAH Dashboard, giving you a comprehensive view of all claim items across every claim. The table includes filterable and exportable columns, making it easier to audit, reconcile, and share claim data without having to open individual claims. You can export the full dataset to CSV directly from this view.

SAH - Claim Item Report

  • Claimed & Reconciled Status on Appointments and Supplier Invoices — Appointments and supplier invoices now display a clear visual indicator when they have been included in an SAH claim or reconciliation. Where applicable, you can navigate directly to the related claim or reconciliation record from the appointment or invoice screen — eliminating the need to manually search for where a record has been processed.

SAH - Finding Claim from Appointments and Supplier Invoices

🔧 Improvements

  • Supplier Invoices — Default Date Filter Removed — The Invoice Date From field on the Supplier Invoices list no longer applies a default date filter when you open the page. All invoices are now visible from the outset, loading progressively in batches of 20. This resolves a common point of confusion where providers believed newly added invoices had not saved — they were simply hidden by the automatic filter.

March 17, 2026

✨ New Features

This release delivers major Support at Home enhancements, including full support for government-initiated payment adjustments in reconciliation and statements, a new Budget Dashboard with portfolio-wide visibility, a duplicate budget detection and merge wizard, and a range of targeted quality improvements across statement generation, supplier invoicing, reconciliation performance.

  • SAH Reconciliation & Statements: Government Adjustment Support Eziplan now fully supports the Adjustment entitlement type in PRODA payment summary files. Previously, reconciliation files containing government-initiated payment adjustments (where Services Australia recalculates a client's contribution amount rather than changing the service itself) would fail to upload. These items are now correctly parsed, stored, and processed through the full reconciliation and statement workflow.

  • On the reconciliation Resolve screen, Amendments and Adjustments are now displayed in separate, clearly labelled sections within each client's card — replacing the previous flat list where Previous items appeared as confusing negative amounts with no context.

  • Client statements now show a richer breakdown for both amendments and adjustments, displaying the original service cost, the revised cost, the change in government payment, and the change in client contribution — giving care recipients full visibility of what changed and why.

SAH - Understanding Amendments and Adjustments in Reconciliation

  • SAH Budget Dashboard — Budgets Tab A new Budget Dashboard is now available within the Support at Home module. The Budgets tab provides a company-wide view of all active budgets for a selected quarter and year, including:

    • Summary statistics: total clients, total budget value, average utilisation rate, and active alerts

    • Company Budget Overview pie chart showing booked, claimed, and remaining values across all budgets

    • Top 10 over-utilised budgets with links directly to individual budget trackers

    • Case Management overview with separate over-utilised and under-utilised client lists

    • Case Management worker-level reporting showing total claimed, client count, and average per client.

SAH Dashboard
  • SAH Statements: Generate Statements for Clients with No Activity Providers can now generate statements for clients who had no appointments or claims in a given month. A new "Include clients with no statement items" checkbox has been added to the statement generation wizard. When selected, clients with an active Support at Home budget for the period will receive a statement showing their opening and closing balances — useful for new clients or clients who took a break from services.

SAH - Generating Statements for Clients with No Activity

🔧 Improvements

  • SAH Budget Upload: Duplicate Budget Detection and Merge Wizard Eziplan now detects when a budget file has been opened and modified in Excel, which can corrupt large Budget IDs due to Excel's scientific notation rounding. Affected uploads will be rejected with a clear per-line error, and users will be directed to upload the original unmodified file from PRODA. For providers who already have duplicate budgets in their system from this issue, a new Duplicate Budget Merge Wizard is available to review and resolve duplicates — including any duplicates that are already linked to existing statements.

  • SAH Config Uploads: Date Format Validation All SAH configuration upload endpoints (co-contributions, budgets, and approved services) now enforce YYYY-MM-DD date formatting. Uploads containing dates in other formats (such as MM/DD/YYYY) will return a clear validation error identifying the row number, field name, and invalid value — preventing silent data corruption that could affect claims and statements downstream.

  • SAH Statements: Reply-To Email Now Uses Accounts Email When a client replies to a SAH client statement email, the reply will now route to your organisation's accounts email address rather than the general company email. This aligns SAH statements with the existing behaviour for HCP statements, ensuring statement-related client queries reach the right team. If no accounts email is configured, the system will fall back to the main company email.

  • Supplier Invoices: Public Holiday Shift Now Available When uploading a supplier invoice, the Public Holiday shift will now appear as a selectable option in the shift dropdown for any service line where the corresponding budget item has "Include Public Holidays" enabled. Previously, the Public Holiday shift was never surfaced even when the budget was correctly configured to allow it.

  • SAH Budget PDF Export: Multi-Language Character Support The SAH Budget PDF export has been rebuilt using the Eziplan Document Engine, adding support for non-English characters including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Previously, non-Latin characters were rendered as HTML entities (garbled text) in the exported PDF. The new generator automatically selects the appropriate font based on the content, ensuring all provider and client names display correctly.

  • Reconciliation Performance Improvements The two highest-latency reconciliation endpoints — the client contributions list and the reconciliation list — have been significantly optimised following a CloudWatch performance analysis that identified both exceeding 4 seconds under load. Improvements include more efficient database queries, server-side filtering, and reduced in-memory data processing. Users should notice faster load times on the reconciliation screens, particularly for organisations with large volumes of reconciliation data.

March 10, 2026

✨ New Features

  • Live Home Care Package (HCP) Budget Display — HCP budget values are now displayed live in the Eziplan Budgets screen, sourced directly from ACO-uploaded SAH budgets. Coordinators can view current unspent HCP balances alongside a last updated date without leaving Eziplan — no more manual placeholder entries

SAH - HCP Budget Display in Budgets Screen
  • Participant NDIS Number on NDIS Invoices — The participant's NDIS number is now displayed on the NDIS invoice view, appearing between the Client and Referrer/Plan Manager rows. If no NDIS number is recorded against the participant, the field will appear blank.

  • Co-Contribution Invoice Export to CSV — Co-contribution invoices can now be bulk exported to CSV directly from the invoice table view. Use the existing filters, select your invoices, and export in one action. The CSV includes invoice reference, client name, address, status, dates, and full line item detail.

SAH - Co-Contribution Invoice Export to CSV

🔧 Improvements

  • Supplier Invoice Bulk Import — First Payment, Health Professional and Shift Type now accepted in bulk upload. Please reach out to Eziplan Support for more information

  • SAH Client Statement — Unit Cost & Quantity Columns — SAH statements now include a unit cost column in the Services Received and Services Adjusted tables, alongside the existing units and total cost. A quantity column has also been added to all budget service sub-tables in the Services Affecting Your Budgets section. Long service names now wrap with top-aligned text for improved readability.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Supplier Invoice Export — Reference Numbers Incorrectly Formatted as Dates — Resolved an issue where certain numeric reference numbers were being converted to date values in exported supplier invoice files. Reference numbers now export correctly in all cases.

  • SAH Reconciliation XML — False 'Payment Item Already Reconciled' Errors — Resolved an issue where uploading a claim payment summary XML was generating false 'already reconciled' errors for items that had never been reconciled. Duplicate detection now uses a globally unique claim identifier, ensuring uploads process correctly while genuine duplicates are still caught.

March 2, 2026

✨ New Features

  • Claims CSV Export: Users can now download a complete CSV export of all claim items directly from the Claim view, both before and after finalisation. The new "Generate CSV" button is available on the Claim View/Edit screen and covers all pages of claim items, making it easier to review, reconcile, and share claim data outside of the system.

SAH - Claims - Export to CSV

🔧 Improvements

  • SAH Amendment Handling: Support at Home claims processing now correctly handles amended claims returned by PRODA during reconciliation. The system intelligently manages two distinct scenarios — amendments for claims already included in statements, and amendments for claims not yet included — ensuring reconciliation accuracy is maintained regardless of claim history.

SAH - Handling Amendments
  • Enhanced Claims Processing Infrastructure: Underlying infrastructure supporting claims batch processing has been upgraded to improve reliability, scalability, and performance for large claim volumes. Users can expect more consistent processing times as claim data continues to grow.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Budget Copy — Services Duplication Fixed: Resolved an issue where copying a Support at Home budget was incorrectly adding all services from the associated price plan in addition to copying the services from the source budget. Budget copies now correctly replicate only the services included in the original budget.

  • Supplier Invoice Access Error Fixed: Resolved a 401 access error that occurred when users with Supplier Invoice access permissions attempted to access Supplier Invoices, but did not have Accounts access enabled on their user profile. Affected users can now access Supplier Invoices as expected.

  • False Claim Validation Errors Fixed: Resolved an issue where claim validation error messages were appearing incorrectly for services with $0 rates configured in a price plan. The system now correctly evaluates pricing configurations before displaying validation errors, reducing unnecessary investigation for users.

February 20, 2026

This release completes a significant milestone with the full delivery of the Client Co-Contribution Invoices feature for Support at Home, alongside a range of targeted improvements and bug fixes across claims, budgeting, statements, and case management.

✨ New Features

  • Client Co-Contribution Invoice Documents & Email Delivery – Providers can now generate professional PDF invoices for client co-contributions — either as individual invoices or as a bundled batch PDF. Invoices can be downloaded directly or emailed to the nominated client address, completing the end-to-end co-contribution invoicing workflow.

  • Case Management Appointment Confirmation Prompt – When updating a case management appointment, users are now prompted to choose whether a new CRM note should be created from that appointment. This replaces the previous behaviour where a CRM note was automatically added on every update, giving workers more control over their records. (

🔧 Improvements

  • Detailed ATHM Item Descriptions on SAH Statements – Support at Home statements now display specific wrap and item descriptions for Assistive Technology, Home Maintenance, and Modifications (ATHM) line items, rather than only the high-level service category name. This makes it much easier for clients and providers to identify exactly what each line item relates to.

  • Restorative Care and End of Life Funding in Claim Exports – Appointments and supplier invoice items associated with Restorative Care or End of Life funding types are now correctly identified and included in the relevant column of the SAH claim export file.

  • Budget Tracker Accuracy Improvements – A comprehensive review of the Budget Tracker has been completed, improving the accuracy of Booked, Claimed, and Co-Contribution calculations — including correct handling of extrapolated repeat appointments, supplier invoice statuses, and reconciliation lines. (

  • Supplier Invoices for Exited Clients – Users can now add supplier invoices for clients who have been marked as exited (and therefore appear as deleted in the system). A new toggle within the Supplier Invoice modal allows users to include deleted clients in the lookup, with those clients clearly labelled as "(Deleted)" to avoid confusion.

  • Custom Note Types in Case Management – The case management note type dropdown now displays all custom note types configured for your organisation, not just the system defaults. Note types are also now displayed in alphabetical order for easier navigation. (TAV-1656)

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved SAH Claim Validation Error for Wrap/Item Conflicts – Fixed an issue where updating a claim item could result in the error "Supplier invoice item has both SaH Wrap AND SaH Item — only one allowed." The system now automatically clears the conflicting field when one is updated, resolving validation errors for affected claims.

  • Fixed Duplicate SAH Budget Lines on Budget Summary – Resolved an issue causing two SAH budget entries to appear for the same month on the Budget Summary, which occurred in certain configurations where the budget short code was not transferring correctly as a result of Services Australia changes

  • Fixed NDIS Statements Timing Out for Clients with Large Invoice Histories – Resolved a system error that caused the NDIS Statements page to time out or display no data for clients with a large number of historical invoices. The fix addresses an internal array size limitation and adds appropriate date filtering to ensure statements load reliably.

  • Fixed Missing Package Type in Supplier Invoice for Ended Packages – Resolved an issue where the package type dropdown was not appearing in the Supplier Invoice upload wizard when a client's package schedule had already ended. Users can now correctly add retrospective invoices for these clients.

February 13, 2026

This release delivers critical improvements to Support at Home (SAH) claims processing, we've enhanced validation workflows to improve system performance and added safeguards to prevent statement generation errors.

🔧 Improvements

  • Enhanced SAH Statement Generation Warnings – The statement generation wizard now displays comprehensive warnings when SAH budgets are missing or haven't been updated in the last 24 hours, helping prevent processing errors before they occur. A new collapsible table view on the confirmation step clearly identifies affected participants, and warning counts are displayed via badge indicators for improved visibility.

  • Optimised SAH Claims Validation Processing – Claims validation now runs asynchronously in the background rather than during each page view, significantly improving system performance. Validation status and timestamps are now visible in the claims table, and users can manually recheck claims when needed without waiting for page loads.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Corrected Claim Amount Calculations – Resolved an issue where claim records were applying incorrect shift rates (evening or night rates instead of standard hourly rates) when processing supplier invoices, ensuring accurate claim amounts are calculated based on the correct pricing schedule.

February 5, 2026

✨ New Features

  • SAH Reconciliation Export – Added new export functionality for reconciliation items with detailed reporting including claimed amounts, government contributions, client contributions, and budget drawdowns for up to 10,000 items

  • Enhanced Budget Tooltips – Improved supplier invoice budget linking with detailed tooltips showing budget reference, status, direct links to budget planner, and manual refresh functionality for budget associations

🔧 Improvements

  • SAH Claims Performance Enhancement – Significantly improved claim estimation and creation speed when processing large volumes of existing claim items by optimising database queries and eliminating inefficient data loops

  • SAH Budget Display Capacity – Increased maximum number of SAH budgets that can be displayed

  • Reconciliation File Upload Limit – Expanded SAH reconciliation file upload size limit from 10MB to 64MB to accommodate larger reconciliation files from government systems

  • Appointment Export Search – Enhanced appointment export functionality to correctly transfer referrer search criteria from the appointments page to the export dialogue

  • Tooltip Component Enhancement – Upgraded global tooltip system with improved positioning, arrow indicators, and better state management to prevent UI conflicts

  • Invoice Account Code Performance – Converted invoice account codes to modern query architecture for faster loading and improved reliability

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Budget Case Management Auto-Calculation – Resolved issue where AT/HM/RC/EL budget types incorrectly applied 10% case management allocation automatically during budget creation

  • SAH Statement Duplicate Budgets – Corrected SAH statements showing duplicate budget lines when quarterly budgets expire, ensuring statements accurately reflect budget periods and opening balances based on service dates

  • Health Professional Service Codes – Resolved missing health professional type codes (SERV-0066 and SERV-0068) in SAH claims file downloads by implementing additional field capture and lookup table for health profession types

January 23, 2026

This release brings significant infrastructure improvements to Support at Home Claims processing, enhanced client invoice functionality, and important bug fixes that improve system reliability and data accuracy.

🔧 Improvements

  • Enhanced API performance and scalability – Updated scaling policies to better handle peak load periods with improved health checks and increased capacity limits, ensuring smoother system performance during high-traffic times.

  • Support at Home claims now display Eziplan service types – Claims items now show the corresponding Eziplan service type alongside Support at Home service codes, making it easier to trace services through the pricing, budgeting, appointment, and invoicing workflow and improving error resolution.

  • Client addresses now appear on Support at Home statements – Restored the display of client mailing addresses on statement documents, ensuring proper delivery information is included when statements are sent via post.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved claim file unit type issue – Corrected the unit type for specific service codes in claim files to accurately reflect hours instead of items, ensuring proper processing by the Aged Care Online system.

  • Fixed supplier invoice upload error – Resolved an issue preventing supplier invoices from being uploaded for Support at Home services.

  • Addressed reconciliation file funding type validation – Resolved an error that incorrectly flagged valid funding types as unknown when uploading reconciliation files from PRODA.

January 13, 2026

  • API Performance Issue for Invoice Uploads

Introduced functionality to filter  and bulk delete or exclude claim items.

      • Included Filter for Appointment Status

      • Added filter bar on Claim Page

      • Multi-selection enabled for ignoring or deleting non-finalised claim items
(Streamlines claim management and reduces manual effort.)

January 8, 2026

🚀 New Features

  • User Feedback Submission

    • Added infrastructure and reusable React component for submitting user feedback at the end of workflows (e.g., claims, statements, budgets).

    • Currently supports feedback creation and submission only; display functionality will be added later.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Claim Preview Timeout Issue

    • Resolved an issue where claim creation was blocked if the summary call timed out and returned zero items.

    • Implemented a quick fix to allow claim creation even when zero items are returned, ensuring smoother claim processing.

Please note - this is a temporary fix and you MAY see 0 claim items in the summary screen. This is ok to proceed past and a claim will still be generated with all relevant claim items.

    • Statement Reconciliation Accuracy

      • Fixed a bug where items marked as Ignored during claim processing were still appearing in reconciliation files.

      • Ensures that ignored items do not pull through to reconciliation, improving data accuracy.

      • PDF Statement Generation

        • Corrected an issue where PDF statements did not display all claimed items and had incorrect balance calculations.

        • Improved PDF formatting for multi-page tables and ensured SAH Budgets calculate correctly.

🔧 Technical Improvements

  • Document Upload Handling

    • Updated document upload logic to prevent incorrect references between documents.

    • Improved ID assignment and naming conventions for better consistency and reliability.

January 5, 2026

🗝️ Key Feature
